摘要:
以姜曲海猪精液为研究对象,分析冷冻—解冻后猪精子膜完整性及氧化应激水平,结果表明,新鲜精子经冷冻—解冻后,形态正常率、头部质膜完整率、尾部质膜完整率及SOD活性均显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。冷冻1组(未添加维生素C)与冷冻2组(添加维生素C)相比,前者精子形态正常率、头部质膜完整率、尾部质膜完整率及SOD活性分别为71.2%、57.2%、49.2%和85.3 IU/10-8,均显著低于后者,MDA含量则显著高于后者。冷冻—解冻造成了精子膜损伤,维生素C在一定程度上可有效提高精子的抗
