摘要:
农业知识产权正日益成为农业现代化进程中不可或缺的重要支撑与核心竞争力，并且从多方面促进并影响着农业现代化的实施，但是在推进实施农业知识产权战略的过程中依然存在一些制约我国农业现代化进程的因素。未来一段时间内，我国应该以农业信息化体系建设为重点，着力解决好农业知识产权供需平衡问题，进一步完善知识产权服务平台建设。
