摘要:
以木犀草素、槲皮素、芹黄素为对照品,以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,采用单因素和正交试验优化狼把草总黄酮的微波提取工艺,确定乙醇体积分数75%、微波功率500 W、提取时间35 min、料液比1 g ∶20 mL为狼把草总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件;该条件下总黄酮平均提取率为0.507 2%。
