摘要:
采用喷雾法测定不同类型药剂对小黑瓢虫的触杀作用,同时测定敌杀死对小黑瓢虫的胃毒作用。结果表明,4种类型的杀虫剂对小黑瓢虫成虫及幼虫的毒力大小顺序相同,即敌杀死>阿维菌素>吡虫啉>杀虫双。阿维菌素、吡虫啉、杀虫双对小黑瓢虫成虫的相对毒力指数分别为敌杀死的0.077 3、0.009 4、0.000 1;对小黑瓢虫4龄幼虫的相对毒力指数分别为敌杀死的0.069 2、0.020、0.000 2;对小黑瓢虫2龄幼虫的相对毒力指数分别为敌杀死的0.049 5、0.037 0、0.000 2。4种杀虫剂对小黑瓢虫不同虫态的LC50比较结果表明,4种杀虫剂对小黑瓢虫成虫的毒力小于对幼虫的毒力,对4龄幼虫的毒力小于对2龄幼虫的毒力。杀虫剂除对小黑瓢虫有触杀作用外,还会由于取食浸过药剂的猎物而产生胃毒作用,导致很高的死亡率。研究结果对田间合理使用杀虫剂,协调利用生物防治与化学防治控制粉虱类害虫具有重要指导意义。
