摘要:
为优化超高压提取红枣多糖工艺条件,以多糖得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对影响多糖得率的超高压压力、保压时间、粉碎度、固液比(g ∶mL)等因素进行研究。结果表明,超高压提取红枣多糖的最佳工艺条件为超高压压力420 MPa、保压时间4.5 min、粉碎度60目、固液比1 g ∶14 mL,在该提取条件下,红枣多糖得率可达4.71%。超高压提取红枣多糖是较为适宜的方法。
