分析了新形势下农业科研单位与企业合作申报科研项目经费管理模式及管理中面临的新问题，并就这些面临的问题提出了自己的建议，以期进一步加强科研经费管理，提高科研经费使用效益，使科研经费管理更加适应科研工作的实际需求。
