摘要:

以苏州78家66.67 hm²以上农业园区作为研究对象，对苏州农业园区建设和经营现状与制约因素进行实证分析。结果表明，苏州农业园区主要采用“区镇合一”的管理体制，市场化运行机制尚未建立，农业产业化程度较低，专业化服务能力普遍较弱，经济效益总体情况良好。但园区之间差异明显，社会效益不是很理想，大多数园区在生态效益方面成效显著，科技创新和成果转化能力普遍较弱。苏州农业园区面临的最为突出问题主要表现在缺少大型龙头企业、人才匮乏、农产品精深加工程度低、缺乏市场化的技术创新机制、资金筹备困难和缺乏市场化运行机制等。针对存在的问题，从近期、中期、长期不同层面，提出了促进苏州农业园区发展的对策建议。
