摘要:
建立α-淀粉酶抑制剂活性的碘试液比色测定方法,对淀粉基质液浓度、反应温度系列试验条件进行确定。结果显示,最佳测定条件为淀粉基质液浓度为2.5%,酶促反应的最适温度40 ℃,平均回收率为99.03%(n=6),精密度RSD=1.82%。可见,该测定方法简便、快捷、重复性良好,可作为α-淀粉酶抑制剂活性的常规测定方法。
