摘要:
通过赤子爱胜蚓急性毒性试验,探讨维生素C拮抗草甘膦对蚯蚓急性毒性的作用。将蚯蚓引入草甘膦滤纸中,观察草甘膦作用下蚯蚓的形态变化并评估草甘膦的毒性等级,结果表明:草甘膦对蚯蚓的48 h半数致死浓度为(125.35±0.06) μg/cm2,为低毒型农药。在试验浓度范围(23.75~380.00 μg/cm2)的草甘膦中,蚯蚓体表逐渐出现黄色液体,表现为环节肿大及充血、断尾、体节断开等中毒现象。高浓度草甘膦对蚯蚓具有较强的致死作用,中、低浓度亦具有一定致死效应,并随染毒时间的延长、草甘膦浓度的升高而逐渐增加,呈明显的剂量-效应关系。向草甘膦基础液中加入维生素C(0.8~100.0 mg/L)后,蚯蚓的存活率显著提高,并随维生素C浓度的升高而不断提高,呈明显的剂量-效应关系。蚯蚓在含高浓度维生素C的草甘膦中未死亡,提示维生素C具有拮抗草甘膦毒性的作用。
