摘要:
为研究不同程度奶牛隐性乳房炎发病情况与乳清中C-反应蛋白(CRP)含量变化的关系,选取6头健康奶牛和18头患轻、中、重度隐性乳房炎奶牛,采集乳样,分离乳清,利用Elisa CRP检测试剂盒测定样品中CRP含量。结果表明,随着隐性乳房炎病情加重、乳汁体细胞数的增加,乳清中CRP含量逐渐升高,与健康对照组比较升高极显著。结果表明,乳清中CRP含量变化与隐性乳房炎发病具有一定相关性,乳腺损伤程度与乳汁体细胞数增加和乳清中CRP含量呈正相关。
