摘要:
用微波辅助提取平卧菊三七中总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、微波功率、微波时间4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定提取的最佳工艺条件。L9(34)正交试验结果表明,各因素对平卧菊三七中总黄酮提取率的影响大小顺序为乙醇浓度>微波功率>料液比>微波时间;总黄酮提取的最佳工艺为微波功率 700 W、料液比1 g ∶25 mL、微波时间20 min、乙醇浓度60%,总黄酮的得率为2.208%。
