摘要:
从甘草、阿魏、苦豆子中筛选出4株对棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium)抑制效果较好的内生菌,通过其生理生化检测、16S rDNA序列分析进行鉴定;选择抑菌效果最好的拮抗菌A,分别测定其胞内、胞外分泌物的抑菌效果,并检测该菌株对棉花种子萌发和活性氧酶系统的影响。结果表明,拮抗菌A为解淀粉枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens),其胞内分泌物对枯萎病菌菌丝生长、产孢、孢子萌发的平均抑制率均高于胞外分泌物。拮抗菌A处理棉花可提高其成活率,但不引起植株系统诱导抗性。拮抗菌A的主要抑菌物质存在于细胞内,抑制产孢是其主要拮抗途径。
