摘要:
研究镉(Cd)暴露对锦鲤(Carassius auratus L.)肾脏氧化应激、氧化性DNA损伤、谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统的影响。试验采用静水生物养殖法,将40尾锦鲤随机分为4组,每组10尾,分别暴露于0、5、10、20 mg/L的CdCl2水溶液中,持续96 h。观察锦鲤的行为变化,测定肾脏丙二醛(MDA)含量、氧化性DNA指标8-羟基鸟嘌呤(8-OHdG)水平、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平,并检测谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)、谷氨酸半胱氨酸连接酶(GCL)的活性。结果表明,Cd暴露使锦鲤发生明显改变,MDA、8-OHdG、GSH水平均升高,并改变了谷胱甘肽抗氧化酶系统。
