摘要:
采用酶标仪微量法,以芦丁为对照品对市售不同品牌的3种单花蜜(枣花蜜、紫云英蜜、洋槐蜜)总黄酮含量进行测定比较。结果表明,3种单花蜜均含有黄酮类化合物,且不同单花蜜间总黄酮含量存在显著性差异,其中枣花蜜的总黄酮含量最高(1.72 mg/100 g),紫云英蜜次之(1.26 mg/100 g),洋槐蜜含量最低(1.11 mg/100 g);不同品牌瓶装单花蜜间总黄酮含量不同,品牌2的3种单花蜜总黄酮含量均低于品牌1和品牌3。因此,蜂蜜中总黄酮含量可作为不同单花蜜品质评价的标准之一;酶标仪微量法具有简便、准确等优点,可广泛应用于蜂蜜及相关产品的快速检测。
