摘要:
分别采用热水提取法、酶法、微波法、碱法4种不同方法提取草菇多糖,并对其抗氧化活性进行比较研究。结果表明:不同方法提取的草菇多糖对·OH、DPPH·都较强的清除作用;纤维素酶法、微波法是较佳的2种提取抗氧化草菇多糖的方法,其多糖均具有较强的抗氧化、还原能力。
