摘要:
从湖南省汨罗市血吸虫防治基地土壤中分离得到1株灭螺活性较强的微生物菌株B59,以B59菌株的总DNA为模板,采用细菌16S rDNA通用引物进行PCR扩增并测其核酸序列,得到1条约1 500 bp的片段。通过Blast软件在GenBank中进行同源性检索,将其与同源性较高的菌株的ITS序列进行ClustalX序列差异和同源性分析,分别使用MEGA 6.0软件中的邻接法、Phylip软件中的最大简约法及最大似然法构建系统发育树。结果显示,3种方法构建的系统发育树基本一致,B59菌株与Bacillus cereus的亲缘关系最近,聚为一支,相似度达100%。
