摘要:
以锦鲤胚胎为研究对象,分别在受精初期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、胚体及器官形成期、出膜前期取样,测定鱼卵受精初期及胚胎发育不同时期超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及丙二醛含量。结果显示,锦鲤鱼卵受精初期超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶活性及丙二醛含量均较低,随着胚胎发育,酶活性及丙二醛含量均呈现上升趋势。当发育至原肠期时,酶活性及丙二醛含量均显著升高(P<0.05);当胚胎发育至出膜前期时,酶活性及丙二醛含量继续上升,且显著高于以前各时期(P<0.05)。此时期,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量分别为受精初期的1.78、3.62、23.41、1.92倍。
