摘要:
研究了夏季高温下饲粮中添加维生素C对高产蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血液生化指标的影响。试验选用体质量相近的41周龄京粉Ⅰ号蛋鸡600羽,分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复30羽鸡。其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,Ⅳ组为对照组,分别在日粮中添加不同水平的维生素C(0、100、200、300 mg/kg),预试验1周,试验期为6周。结果表明,在高温(26.0~33.0 ℃,平均29.5 ℃)状态下,饲粮中添加维生素C的试验组产蛋率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),饲粮中添加200、300 mg/kg维生素C的试验组平均每日总蛋质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而料蛋比极显著低于饲粮中添加100 mg/kg维生素C的试验组和对照组(P<0.01);饲粮中添加200 mg/kg维生素C的试验组料蛋比显著低于饲粮中添加300 mg/kg维生素C的试验组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加100 mg/kg维生素C的试验组蛋白高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加200 mg/kg维生素C的试验组哈氏单位极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);饲粮中添加维生素C的试验组谷草转氨酶(AST)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加200 mg/kg维生素C的试验组总蛋白(TP)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加100、200 mg/kg维生素C的试验组球蛋白(GLOB)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg维生素C可提高高温条件下蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质,并对部分血液指标也有显著的影响。
