摘要:
作为农业发展的重要推动力，劳动力资源在农业经营主体中存在资源闲置浪费和需求短缺的问题。按照产品性质和劳动需求度将农业划分为集约化农业和轻型多样化农业，依据合作博弈分配理论，建立包含经营主体选择策略、经营主体利润、2种经营主体和经营主体成本的合作博弈效用模型，并对农业经营主体采用合作博弈效用模型分配劳动力资源的重要性进行验证，提出2种农业经营主体之间应采用合作博弈分配劳动力资源的方式。结合合作博弈效用模型，认为倾向概率、投入比例、效应溢出率、政府扶持率四要素会影响劳动资源的分配方式，同时论证了农业经营主体采取合作博弈分配劳动力资源的前提条件，即当p≥p1、q≥q2、α1≤α≤α2、βc<β1、βd<β2、χ1≤χ≤χ2时，集约化农业经营主体和轻型多样化农业经营主体将采取合作策略。本研究为农业经营者合理高效利用劳动力资源提供参考依据，推动农业劳动力市场的健康发展。
