摘要:
拟建立分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水产品中甲基睾酮残留量的方法。样品在加入无水硫酸镁后用乙腈均质提取,提取液经N-丙基乙二胺(N-propylethane-1,2-diamine,简称PSA)和C18分散固相萃取、净化,采用电喷雾离子源正离子多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。甲基睾酮在1~200 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,方法的检出限为0.5 μg/kg,定量限为 1.0 μg/kg。对罗非鱼、中华鳖、凡纳滨对虾进行3个水平的加标回收试验,回收率为82.4%~96.3%,相对标准偏差均不大于6.98%。本方法简单、高效、灵敏、重复性好,适用于水产品中甲基睾酮的快速检测分析。
