摘要:
拟研究中国蜂胶水提取物(Chinese propolis water extract,简称CPWE)及其分离纯化的11种化学成分(咖啡酸、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸、短叶松素、咖啡酸苄酯、咖啡酸苯乙酯、芹菜素、松属素、白杨素、高良姜素)对神经胶质瘤细胞(U87和U172)的细胞毒性。将正常培养的神经胶质瘤细胞(U87和U172)经不同浓度的蜂胶提取物(25、50、100 mg/L)及其分离纯化的11种化学成分(40、80、160 μmol/L)分别处理24、48 h,在倒置显微镜下观察其细胞形态,用磺酰罗丹明B(sulforhodamine B,简称SRB)比色法检测细胞存活率。结果表明,咖啡酸、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸对神经胶质瘤细胞均没有细胞毒性;短叶松素、咖啡酸苄酯、咖啡酸苯乙酯、芹菜素、松属素、白杨素、高良姜素明显抑制神经胶质瘤细胞的增殖。由结果可知,中国蜂胶水提物的抗肿瘤功效成分主要是黄酮类化合物和酯类化合物。
