摘要:
施肥作为重要的农艺措施对镉的生物有效性有显著的影响。设置对照(CK)、施用有机肥(MF)、施用50%有机肥+50%化肥(MCF)、施用化肥(CF)4个处理,研究其对模拟镉浓度为5 mg/kg的盆栽水稻土壤中镉迁移转化的影响。结果表明,有机肥的施入提高了水稻籽粒中镉的含量,但降低了根和茎中镉的含量;外源镉的添加主要是增加了土壤可交换态镉的含量;水稻成熟后,50%有机肥+50%化肥混施处理可交换态镉的含量比较高,水稻收获后,根、茎中镉含量较高,尤其是根部。
