摘要:
随着我国的经济发展,人们生活水平逐步提高,对生鲜农产品的需求和要求迅速提高。互联网作为销售渠道的新生力量,鉴于生鲜农产品的时效性等特殊属性,电商O2O模式结合线上和线下的优势,被越来越多的消费者接受。笔者对线上销售、线下体验模式,线上销售、线下自提模式等多种生鲜农产品O2O电商的运营模式进行研究,从货源、渠道管理、资金投入、物流难题、客户满意度等多层次多角度进行对比,分析目前生鲜农产品电商运营中的问题,提出最适合目前形势的生鲜农产品O2O电商运营模式,并在此基础上提出流通环节、利益分配、消费体验等方面的生鲜农产品电商O2O的运营建议。
