摘要:
利用响应面法对油茶壳中总黄酮超声提取工艺进行研究。油茶壳经过酶解预处理之后,在单因素试验的基础上,选定乙醇浓度、超声功率、提取时间为自变量,总黄酮提取量为响应值,通过响应面分析法研究各自变量交互作用及其对总黄酮提取量的影响,模拟得到二次回归方程,从而得到油茶壳总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件如下:超声功率为255 W,乙醇浓度为41%,提取时间为58 min;验证试验得到油茶壳总黄酮溶出率为 2.652 3%,与预期值吻合良好。油茶壳总黄酮提取物有抑菌活性,对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用明显。
