摘要:
猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)可感染各阶段的猪,使患病动物出现水样腹泻、呕吐,并伴随厌食和精神沉郁等临床症状,对哺乳仔猪危害尤为严重。为了解河南某猪场PEDV流行毒株S1基因的变异情况,以江苏农牧科技职业学院动物药学院实验室保存的感染PEDV临床病料为样本,对其进行S1基因扩增、克隆以及序列分析。对S1基因的进化分析结果显示,该猪场PEDV分离株S1基因推导的氨基酸序列之间的同源性高达99%,BLAST搜索结果显示与AHCZ-2株的相似性最高,将获得序列与经典毒株CV777相比在第57位插入了4个氨基酸NQGV,在第134位插入1个氨基酸D,而在第157、158位缺失2个氨基酸,在中和表位区域共有11处氨基酸突变,与国内其他毒株均位于G2-b进化分支,研究结果为进一步掌握该地PEDV的流行毒株和毒力变异情况提供了理论依据。
