摘要:
2012年3月从河南省某疑似患鸡传染性支气管炎鸡场中分离到1株鸡传染性支气管炎病毒,通过鸡胚矮小化试验、鸡红细胞凝集试验、干扰新城疫病毒增殖试验、动物回归试验和RT-PCR试验对该毒株进行了鉴定,并对分离株的S1基因进行序列分析。结果显示:该毒株能使鸡胚形成典型的“侏儒胚”;病毒尿囊液经胰酶处理后可凝集鸡红细胞,效价达28;病毒能够显著干扰鸡新城疫病毒LaSota株在鸡胚中的增殖;病毒可致使15日龄SPF雏鸡出现典型的鸡传染性支气管炎病变。其S1基因全长为1 620 bp,与GenBank中已经发表的部分国内外毒株S1基因的核苷酸同源性在75.6%~99.1%之间;系统进化分析显示,分离株属于QX-like基因型,与疫苗株H120、W93的核苷酸序列同源性仅为78.5%和78.3%,亲缘关系较远。
