摘要:
建立了一种新型带固相萃取功能的索氏提取装置结合气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)测定薰衣草中挥发性成分的方法。薰衣草花朵经冷冻干燥处理后,以二氯甲烷作为提取溶剂,用带固相萃取功能的索氏提取装置进行处理,萃取液用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析其挥发性化学成分。采用新型的带固相萃取功能的索氏提取装置集提取、净化、浓缩及转移功能为一体,大大简化了前处理步骤;鉴定出52种挥发性物质,其中烯烃类物质15种,醇类物质15种,醛类物质3种,酯类物质9种,有机酸1种,其他物质9种;方法的重复性较好,测定值的日间和日内相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于5.0%。此方法能较好地应用于薰衣草中挥发性成分的测定。
