摘要:
牛至精油是从唇形科植物牛至中发现的一种挥发性精油,在食品抗菌防腐保鲜、畜牧养殖生产中都有广泛应用。随着管理部门和社会对绿色健康养殖、水产品质量及安全问题日益重视,药用植物资源的开发利用在水产养殖中具有广阔的发展空间。本文在目前研究基础上对牛至精油的特性及其在水产动物生产性能、免疫、抗病等方面的作用进行综述,并探讨牛至精油应用中存在的问题,为其在水产养殖中的应用提供参考。
