摘要:
建立顶空气相色谱法(headspace gas chromatography,简称HS-GC)测定梨中硫酰氟残留量的分析方法。采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定,HP-PLOT-Q 毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,40 μm),进样口温度为200 ℃,分流比为20 ∶1,柱温为70 ℃,检测器为ECD,温度为250 ℃,载气为N2,恒流为4.5 mL/min,进样量为1 mL,优化顶空平衡温度、时间等,以顶空进样器注入气相色谱仪进行分离检测,外标法定量分析。结果表明,硫酰氟在0.001~1.000 mg/L 范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.99,方法检出限(limit of detection,简称LOD,S/N=3)为0.001 mg/kg,定量限(limit of quantitation,简称LOQ)为0.01 mg/kg。在0.01、0.50、1.00 mg/kg添加水平下,硫酰氟在梨中的回收率为85.5%~103.3%,相对标准偏差为2.17%~6.01%。说明该方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于梨中硫酰氟残留的测定。
