摘要:
利用表型特征,对收集的101份扁豆资源进行多样性评价。结果表明,花序长短、荚厚、单株荚数等与产量密切相关;播种至始花天数与单株荚数、单株产量的关系较为密切;播种至盛花天数、播种至采收的天数与单株荚数、单株产量的关系则不显著;而花序长短则影响着荚长、荚宽、单荚质量和产量;聚类分析表明,品种间存在显著的遗传差异,在欧氏距离为0.74阈值时,可将101份材料分为5类,形态与地理来源无严格的一致性关系。
