日粮添加α-酮戊二酸制剂对肉鸡生长性能及消化、代谢的影响(PDF)

摘要:
采取单因素试验设计,选取192羽健康1日龄AA肉仔鸡,随机分为4个处理组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、0.2% AKG(α-酮戊二酸)制剂添加组、0.4% AKG制剂添加组、0.8% AKG制剂添加组。每个处理6个重复,每个重复8羽鸡,试验期为42 d。结果显示,日粮添加AKG制剂显著提高了肉鸡1~21 d的平均日增质量(P<0.05),日粮添加0.8% AKG制剂显著降低了21~42 d和1~42 d的料质量比(P<0.05)。日粮添加AKG制剂显著提高了18~20 d肉鸡的粗蛋白、粗灰分、干物质的表观代谢率(P<0.05),日粮添加0.8% AKG制剂显著提高了39~41 d粗脂肪的表观代谢率(P<0.05),日粮添加0.4% AKG制剂显著提高粗灰分、干物质的表观代谢率(P<0.05)。日粮添加08% AKG制剂显著提高了21 d肉鸡的空肠相对长度(P<0.05),日粮添加AKG制剂显著提高了42 d肉鸡的肌胃、空肠、回肠的相对质量(P<0.05)。日粮添加0.8% AKG制剂显著提高了42 d肉鸡胰腺的胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。日粮添加08% AKG制剂显著提高了肉鸡血清中血糖的含量(P<0.05),显著降低了42 d肉鸡血清中碱性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05)。因此,日粮添加AKG制剂能够提高肉鸡体增质量并降低料质量比,改善生长性能;且能够提高肉鸡的表观代谢率和胰蛋白酶活性,促进器官发育并增强肉鸡的消化和代谢功能。
