摘要:
为探讨饲粮中添加蚯蚓液对高温环境下肉鸡生长性能和肠道屏障功能的影响,选取21日龄健康状况良好、体质量相近的817肉公鸡288羽,随机分成4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复12羽鸡,肉鸡饲养于夏季高温环境中。4个处理组饲粮分别添加0.0%(对照组)、0.5%、2.0%、3.5%蚯蚓液,试验期为21 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,饲粮添加3.5%蚯蚓液显著提高肉鸡平均日采食量(P<0.05),并有提高平均日增质量的趋势(P=0.095)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加0.5%和2.0%蚯蚓液显著提高肉鸡回肠黏膜总抗氧化力和过氧化氢酶活性(P<005),显著降低回肠黏膜丙二醛水平(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮添加2.0%蚯蚓液显著提高肉鸡回肠绒毛高度(P<005),饲粮添加蚯蚓液显著降低肉鸡血清二胺氧化酶、D-乳酸和内毒素水平(P<0.05),显著提高空肠和回肠黏膜sIgA水平(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,饲粮添加蚯蚓液可不同程度地提高高温环境下肉鸡生产性能和小肠黏膜抗氧化能力,缓解高温环境对肉鸡小肠黏膜屏障功能的损伤。
