摘要:
以猕猴桃米良1号的当年生嫩枝及叶片为外植体,构建了双右边界双元载体pCAMBIA1300-actin-term-2,通 过根癌农杆菌EHA105菌株介导,将ACO反义基因导入猕猴桃植株基因组。结果表明,愈伤组织预培养20d,农杆菌 侵染30min,EHA105菌液浓度D=0.6,共培养5d,经PCR法检测证明ACO反义基因已转入转化植株基因组中。
