摘要:
以猕猴桃品种徐香、红阳、金魁果实为研究对象,研究其在4、20 ℃储藏条件下果实品质变化。结果表明:低温抑制猕猴桃果肉硬度的下降、可溶性固形物和总糖含量的增加、维生素C含量的下降,抑制果实的成熟;金魁的耐储性高于徐香,红阳的耐储性最差;在4 ℃条件下3种猕猴桃储藏28~42 d时是最佳可食状态,在20 ℃条件下,红阳在7~14 d,徐香、金魁在14~19 d时是最佳可食状态。
