摘要:
以芸香苷为对照品，用超声辅助提取、紫外-可见分光光度法测定金丝梅总黄酮含量。结果表明，金丝梅中总黄酮的相对百分含量为5.103%，RSD为0.936%；芸香苷对照品在0.0137 5~0.220 0 mg/mL范围有良好的线性关系，回归方程为D=9.926 1C+0.013，r2=0.999 7。说明该方法操作简便，结果可靠，能为金丝梅药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。
