养殖污水中氨氮降解菌的分离、筛选及鉴定-《江苏农业科学》

摘要:: 为研究微生物降解养殖水体中氨氮的能力，从池塘污泥中分离筛选出12株具有降解氨氮能力的菌株。其中，菌株JM14降解氨氮能力最强，当初始氨氮浓度为212 mg/L时，氨氮降解率达到91.4%。经形态鉴定以及生理生化试验，确定该菌为酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)。该菌株降解水体中氨氮能力显著，为生物降解养殖污水中的氨氮又提供了一种新型菌株。
