摘要:
采用常规方法,从江苏南通、泰州、扬州等地规模化养禽场疑似感染沙门氏菌病料中分离出22株沙门氏菌并进行血清学分型,同时采用K-B法测定分离菌的耐药表型。结果表明,22株分离菌属于4个血清群,优势血清群为D群,占59.10%(13/22),优势血清型为9:g,m:-,占50.00%;所有菌株对甲氧胺嘧啶、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、萘啶酮酸、诺氟沙星的耐药率在72.73%~100%之间;存在着5种耐药表型,每个耐药表型均在4重或4重以上,耐药最多菌株可耐受10种药物。
