摘要:
用滤纸片法评价14种植物的水提物和醇提物对单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌5种食源性致病菌的抑菌效果。抑菌圈大小表明：植物醇提物的抑菌效果较植物水提物好，其中五倍子的醇提物和石榴皮的醇提物对5种食源性致病菌具有广谱抑制作用，并且它们的抑制作用强于同浓度的山梨酸钾；此外丁香醇提物、甘草水提物、黄芩醇提物、五倍子水提物、拳参醇提物等都对5种致病菌具有较好的抑制作用。
