摘要:
通过正交试验设计,采用半仿生法水浸提、醇提玉米须2种方法,并与传统水提、传统醇提方法作比较,以多糖、黄酮的提取量和抗氧化活性为考察指标,确定最佳提取条件。结果表明,半仿生水提多糖提取量为35.29 mg/g,比传统水提法提高了14.39%,半仿生水提黄酮提取量为5.16 mg/g,比传统水提低36.6%。2种水提取物均有抗氧化活性且半仿生法更弱。半仿生醇提多糖提取量为49.53 mg/g,比传统醇提提高了19.75%,醇提黄酮提取量为 15.59 mg/g,比传统醇提高了59.4%。2种醇提取物均有抗氧化活性且半仿生法较强。半仿生水提有利于玉米须多糖的提取;半仿生醇提玉米须黄酮、多糖均提高,且有较高的生物活性,是提取分离玉米须活性成分的有效方法。
