摘要:
综述了中国兰花育种概况以及兰花种子萌发研究现状,对共生萌发及非共生萌发技术在兰花种子萌发中的应用进行了总结,重点阐述了种子胚胎发育特点及发育阶段对种子非共生萌发的影响,指出了深入研究国兰种子胚胎发育特性的必要性,旨在为今后促进中国兰花育种提供参考。
