摘要:
以江苏省411份农民专业合作社为调查样本，运用结构方程模型对团队社会资本对合作社综合绩效的影响进行实证研究。结果表明，结构型社会资本对市场绩效存在显著负向影响，关系型、认知型社会资本均对市场绩效、创新绩效、环境绩效存在极显著正向影响。经综合分析，提出了合理引导合作社进行团队社会资本建设的政策建议。
