摘要:
烟草赤星病是由链格孢菌引起的叶部真菌病害，对烟叶产量和质量影响较大。收集山东诸城、即墨、高密3个地区的烟草赤星病病原菌，通过病原菌菌落和分生孢子形态特征研究，明确所收集的12株病原菌均属于链格孢属真菌。利用DNAMAN软件和NCBI数据库进行真菌rDNA-ITS区域序列分析，初步确定：A3、A4、A7为Alternaria sp.；A1、A2、A5、A6、A9、A10、A11、A12为链格孢Alternaria alternata；A8为细极链格孢Alternaria tenuissima。表明山东部分地区烟草赤星病的病原菌主要为链格孢菌Alternaria alternata。此研究为链格孢菌致病机制研究和烟草赤星病防治提供理论依据。
