摘要:
采用人工制备的2种水浸提液进行生物测定。结果表明,头花蓼整株水浸提液浓度≤10 mg/mL时对其种子发芽速率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等均起不同程度的促进作用,但随着浓度升高,种子发芽率、日均发芽数、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数降至对照组的1/3,发芽速率仅为对照组的1/5,幼苗根长、芽长为对照组的1/2~2/3,种子发芽率、发芽速率与发芽指数等指标的RI值和综合化感指数M值以10 mg/mL为界由正值转为负值,表明头花蓼整株水浸提液的化感自毒作用十分明显。头花蓼根际土壤水浸提液浓度≤250 mg/mL时种子胚芽长、发芽势、活力指数、活力指数均不同程度增加,但浓度为500 mg/mL时种子发芽率由58.3%降至49.2%、发芽速率由1.4×10-1降至0.8×10-1、发芽指数由27.9降至17.5、活力指数由136.0降至79.7,各指标的RI值和综合化感指数M值均<0,表明高浓度的头花蓼根际土壤水浸提液的化感自毒作用较明显。综上,头花蓼2种水浸提液化感自毒作用很可能是其连作障碍的重要原因。
