摘要:
以辽宁省主栽的9个玉米品种为试验材料,以聚乙二醇6000模拟干旱胁迫,研究干旱胁迫对玉米种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在20% PEG时,东单339、郑单958的发芽率较高,分别为100%和98%,长玉1与丹玉99较低,为52%和60%。不同品种发芽势的结果与发芽率相似。抗旱萌发指数以东单339和郑单958较高,长玉1和丹玉99较低。干旱胁迫对贮藏物质转运率、胚芽长和胚根长的伤害率均以东单339和郑单958较低,长玉1与丹玉99较高。由此可见,东单339和郑单958种子萌发期抗旱性较强,而长玉1和丹玉99则对干旱较为敏感,本研究为干旱地区种植玉米奠定了基础。
