摘要:
玉米是我国三大主要粮食作物之一,是饲料和加工业原料的重要来源,也是一种主要的可再生能源作物。玉米产业链是在玉米生产和加工过程中形成的一条涵盖多个产业环节的技术经济流程,包括育种、种植、植物保护、采收、贮藏、加工、流通和消费等环节。其中,加工环节是实现玉米价值的重要途径,但加工品质的提升不仅与加工工艺和技术有关,还与原料的自身品质有关。通过对育种环节进行创新,可赋予原料玉米特殊的加工属性,实现玉米加工制品品质的“从无到有”;通过对种植、植物保护、采收、贮藏和流通环节进行把控,可减少原料玉米加工属性的损失,避免玉米加工制品品质的“从有到无”。因此,从加工的视角,对玉米产业链中的主要环节进行考量,旨在探究加工环节之前玉米原料的品质提升途径,为玉米加工特性的改善、加工效率的提高和加工品质的提升提供思路。
