摘要:
为探究山药根际土浸提液和根茎研磨液对万寿菊和苜蓿的化感作用,并筛选出适宜与山药进行轮间作的作物,采用生物测试法,以万寿菊和苜蓿为受体材料,研究山药根际土浸提液和根茎研磨液在0.05、0.1、0.2、0.5、1.0 g/mL 质量浓度下对2种作物种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:山药根际土浸提液和根茎研磨液对2种作物种子萌发过程体现为化感抑制作用,且根茎研磨液的抑制作用更强。山药根际土浸提液显著抑制了2种作物种子根长和鲜重,但对苜蓿幼苗的芽长有不同程度的促进作用。山药根际土浸提液降低了万寿菊和苜蓿可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质含量,且存在“低促高抑”的浓度效应,万寿菊幼苗的SOD、POD和CAT等抗氧化酶活性整体较苜蓿低,MDA含量则高于苜蓿。化感综合效应分析表明,山药根际土浸提液对苜蓿的化感抑制作用(SE=-0.113)小于万寿菊(SE=-0.284),可能较适合与山药进行轮间作。
