石榴DFR基因的同源克隆及分析

摘要:
以石榴品种“重瓣粉花”的花瓣为材料,根据GenBank中登录的相关物种DFR基因的保守序列设计兼并引物,采用RT-PCR扩增出446 bp大小的cDNA片段。根据获得的保守片段,设计特异引物,进行3′RACE-PCR,获得了DFR基因的3′端,进行电子拼接后获得了1 161 bp的cDNA,编码327个氨基酸,编码的蛋白具有典型的DFR蛋白功能结构域。GenBank登录号为KC430327。
