摘要:
在离体培养条件下,以金柑为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl(0、50、100、150、200 mmol/L)对金柑生长、根系形态和抗氧化的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的升高,金柑的发芽率、植株生长参数(株高、茎粗、叶片数、地上部鲜重及地下部鲜重)和根系形态各项指标(根系长度、投影面积、平均直径、体积、根尖数)逐渐降低,NaCl浓度达150 mmol/L时,仅有地下部萌发,而地上部被抑制。随着NaCl浓度的增加,叶片可溶性蛋白含量和过氧化氢酶活性呈下降的趋势。对于超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),50 mmol/L NaCl显著提高其活性,而100 mmol/L NaCl则显著抑制其活性。
