摘要:
在中等浓度NaCl(0.4%)、NaHCO3(0.4%)分别胁迫下,对引进的白桦家系进行了耐盐性筛选。试验结果表明,在同一盐胁迫下,白桦各个家系在株高、地径、叶绿素相对含量、丙二醛、盐害指数等方面都有显著差异,并且发现白桦抗NaHCO3能力高于抗NaCl的能力。本试验中初步筛选出抗NaCl胁迫的白桦家系有4、8、9、14、17、18、22、23、24号家系;抗NaHCO3胁迫的有8、12、13、17、18、19、22、23、24号家系。
