摘要:
引进6个黑木耳品种(菌株)在贵州山区进行栽培,研究各品种(菌株)黑木耳菌丝生长、子实体性状和产量表现。结果表明:新科、916菌株菌丝的生长速度、长势、抗霉性、抗流耳性、木耳性状表现较好,产量分别达42.88、42.61 g/袋,绝对生物转化率>9.4%,与其他参试菌株的产量间差异达显著或极显著水平,适宜在贵州山区推广应用。
